Tory Troutman, native Oklahoman, was a classical music announcer at KCSC-FM (now KUCO) for 25 years, starting while a student in the University of Central Oklahoma's English Department. He has worked with Korean master's degree candidates for over ten years on English improvement, and currently teaches English to executives at an electronics component company in both South Korea and Japan. When he finds a minute, he plays in a rock band, writes freelance music articles or reads history and politics.
