Hoboken gets Engel & Völkers, plus 41 jobs

HOBOKEN, N.J. — Hoboken will get its first Engel & Völkers real estate office soon. The opening is in conjunction with expansion nationwide and the company’s recent partnership with New Jersey’s Empire Realty Group.

Engel & Völkers Hoboken expects to bring 41 agents to town. The shop is owned by Jane Estes and Nicholas Constantino, who have 29 years of experience in the market.

The main office, on Washington Street, will offer services for buyers and sellers of upscale properties. Hoboken is becoming a more attractive option in real estate, not only for its size, but it’s proximity to Jersey City.
