Arooga’s plans at least 10 New Jersey restaurants

NEW JERSEY — Casual dining chain Arooga’s Grille House & Sports Bar is coming to New Jersey.

Investor Cordell Toson plans to open at least four Arooga’s in Union and Somerset counties.

Arooga’s is amplifying its game in New Jersey, with its fifth multi-unit franchise agreement, two of which are in the Garden State. Arooga’s previously announced a deal with Jersey Wings Unlimited Inc. to open six restaurants in the Monmouth, Middlesex and Ocean County areas, giving the brand 10 upcoming locations in the state.

“We are very excited to continue our growth planning in New Jersey with Cordell, who completely understands the Arooga’s brand,” said Keith Swade, director of Franchise Development for Arooga’s. “We know he will be a great franchise partner and we welcome him to the Arooga Nation.”
