Pizza maker opens own pie shop in Lambertville

LAMBERTVILLE, N.J. – Longtime pizza maker Chris Bryan has opened Liberty Hall Pizza in Lambertville. The shop offers Neapolitan-style pizzas that are baked in a wood-fired oven that is heated to 850 degrees.

Liberty Hall is at 243 N. Union St. In addition to pizzas, it offers garden-fresh salads and draught root beer floats.

Bryan spent the last four years honing his craft at Nomad Pizza of Hopewell and Philadelphia. Liberty Hall is a collaboration between Bryan, and his business partner, Danny Popkin, of Modern Recycled Spaces.
